For fifteen years »Fond of good eating« has been assessing restaurants, afterwards he has found out that this is not enough. It has also to be presented what makes a good restaurant.

Rožmarin in Galerija Gosposka did not come to existence because a department store also needed a restaurant, or because there was enough space for the restaurant. If that had been the reason, we would have opened only a Cafe, which might be extended into a pizzeria. Afterwards, the place would not get a name Rožmarin.

So, it unites business (s.Oliver), catering (Tako's) and gourmet experiences (Fond of good eating), because we found out that we had the same problem, we all came to conclusion that Maribor was missing something. We missed the possibility to go somewhere for breakfast, to get something delicious to eat also in the Café. We missed light, fresh and seasonal lunch. We missed possibility to buy wine. We missed the place where we could go out to spend pleasant, cheerful evening having something little to eat. In short, we realised that we did not miss only one restaurant but a great number of them!

Therefore, Rožmarin is not only one restaurant, but there are more than one beneath the same roof. There is no need to say a lot about Rožmarin. It has to be tested: In the Restaurant, in the Café, in the Vinoteque, in the culinary shop. In our opinion, Maribor does not miss anything else, now we know now where to go!
